Upon completion of these advanced courses (and successful completion and documentation of all required clinical competencies as set forth by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and the Standards set by MQSA), the student is eligible to apply to take the National Registry examination leading to advanced certification as a Registered Mammographer by the ARRT. This program has specific prerequisites - check with your advisor to see if this is an option for you.
